Shipping Time
We process orders within 3-7 business days. Shipping typically takes 2-5 business days (within Germany), depending on the destination and shipping method.

Shipping Providers
Shipping is done via DHL, Hermes, or a comparable provider. You will receive a tracking number via email after your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Period
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without stating a reason.
Return Process

- We will send you the return address.
- Please ensure sufficient postage for the return shipment.
Refunds
Once we have received the goods in perfect condition, we will refund the purchase amount within 7 business days via the original payment method.
